BNB Industries' new EZ-Clean sanitary conveyor belt return roller for sanitary and wash down environments.  In operation this EZ-Clean sanitary return roller eliminates the small cavity's or hollow spaces in the roller and spanner  which has been found to become contaminated with foreign material that can escape back into the production area.  Our new open wheel design eliminates these small spaces and makes clean-up much easier to complete. 

The EZ-Clean sanitary conveyor belt return roller axle's are drilled and tapped for easy mounting to either new or existing conveyor frames.  Once the axles are mounted to the frames, just slip the roller over the axle and you are done!
